Abstract

The paper explores applying the cost-benefit analysis (CBA) method for
analyzing the library automation project, describing the need and objectives.
The author identifies the critical elements of library automation projects' costs
and benefits and illustrates them with suitable examples. Paper describes the
process of conducting CBA for LAP and Proposes a theoretical Model for
conducting CBA of LAP. Also indicate the area of future research applying costbenefit analysis for effective decision-making on library financial management
